Why Event Request Form
AGE: Anyone UNDER the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by an Adult family member (mom, dad, sister or brother) or guardian (aunt, uncle, grandparent). Guardian can not be an Adult friend of the family. Why? Liability reasons.
REQUESTS: We only send information to you that you authorize us to (using the form above). FIREBUFF only uses your information to register you for an event, or to email you future event information.
AT EVENTS: You will be asked how you learned of the event. Just write that you heard about it from FIREBUFF.
